General Terms and Conditions (AGB) of Camping Gletscherdorf

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all services and deliveries by Camping Gletscherdorf, Locherbodenstrasse 30, CH-3818 Grindelwald, Switzerland, Reg. No. CHE-284.906.002 ("the Provider").

2. Contract Conclusion

The contract between you (the Customer) and the Provider is concluded by the Customer's booking and the Provider's acceptance of the booking. The Customer receives a booking confirmation by email.

3. Services and Payment

Details regarding services and prices can be found in the description of the respective offer. All prices are in CHF and include VAT. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

4. Cancellation Policy

If the Customer cancels the booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 1 month before arrival: 5% cancellation fee
- Until 14 days before arrival: 20% cancellation fee
. - Up to 7 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee
. - 1 day (until 11 am) before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
. - Later: no refund

5. Liability

The Provider is not liable for damages not resulting from injury to life, body, or health. The same applies to breaches of duty by the Provider's legal representatives or assistants.

6. Final Provisions

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Grindelwald, Switzerland. If any provision of these AGB is invalid, the remainder of the agreement remains valid.
