General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Camping Gletscherdorf

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and deliveries provided by Camping Gletscherdorf, Locherbodenstrasse 30, CH-3818 Grindelwald, Switzerland, Reg. No. CHE-284.906.002 ("the Provider").

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract between you (the customer) and the Provider is concluded when the customer makes a booking and the Provider accepts the booking. The customer will receive a booking confirmation by email.

3. Services and Payment

Details of the services and prices can be found in the description of the respective offer. All prices are stated in CHF and include VAT. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

4. Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels the booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Minimum cancellation fee: 20.-
- Up to 1 month before arrival: 5% cancellation fee
- 30 to 14 days before arrival: 20% cancellation fee
- 14 to 7 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee
- 7 to 3 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 3 days before arrival: No refund

5. Liability

The Provider is not liable for damages that are not based on injury to life, body or health. The same applies to breaches of duty by the Provider's legal representatives or agents.

6. Final Provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Grindelwald, Switzerland. If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
